At the Vision Research Lab, we develop methods in computer vision, artificial intelligence, and multimodal data science for analyzing complex scientific and visual data. Our research spans foundational AI and vision methods, agentic frameworks, scalable cyberinfrastructure, and interdisciplinary applications in materials science, biology, ecology, healthcare, geospatial intelligence, and visual media.
